オージェアンモニア分解装置は、スウェーデンから輸入した耐熱ステンレス鋼炉ライナーと合金電熱線を採用しており、高温強度が高く、耐用年数が長く、損傷がないという特徴があります。断熱性能の高いライニング材を使用しているため、炉内温度が均一で、熱消費が少ないです。
アンモニア分解装置を安全に動作させるため、装置内には加圧水圧、加圧アンモニアガス、加圧分解ガス過圧などの警報保護装置が設置されています。
